State's gay prisoners to get conjugal visits

Gay inmates will now have the same rights as other prisoners, who are eligible to spend up to three days with family members in living areas -- usually trailers -- on prison grounds. The policy change came after complaints from Vernon Foeller, 40, serving a 20-month sentence for attempted burglary at a Vacaville prison. Foeller's request to have his domestic partner visit him last summer was denied, leading him to contact the American Civil Liberties Union, which threatened a suit. Now, how long before we start seeing videos of these visits made illicitly by guards using hidden cameras in those trailers?
