Grey's Anatomy star and major cutie-pie T.R. Knight says he set aside advice from friends when he decided to come out last year. His buddies were "beautifully supportive," Knight, 34, tells The Advocate in its just-out June 19 issue (left). "I remember saying to someone when I got one of those 'don't do it' [comments] -- I just remember hearing my voice being calm and saying, 'No, it's going happen. It's going to happen. I'm just letting you know,'" according to People's take on the Advocate story (it's not online at that mag's site yet). Knight made headlines after Grey's Anatomy co-star Isaiah Washington referred to him as a faggot on the show's set. Washington eventually apologized. Again. And again. And again. [Photo: Defamer]
