The jacket that made me gay

British brand Baracuta is celebrating the 70th anniversary of its iconic Harrington jacket by releasing three limited-edition versions, Details says. They're styled after the ones worn by three of its most famous fans: Steve McQueen (left, wearing his preferred beige), Frank Sinatra (navy) and Elvis Presley (tan). The jacket's celebrated clientele now includes 007's Daniel Craig.

In yet another sign I was gay from the git-go, I had to have one of these jackets when I was in the fourth grade, and managed to convince my tight-fisted parents to buy me one. I didn't know until recently that it's nicknamed the Harrington because it was worn by Ryan O'Neal's Rodney Harrington character in Peyton Place. [Photos: Details]
