Yup: leather/latex pants, vests, shirts, uniforms, jackets, boots, gloves, harnesses, collars, cuffs, armbands, jocks, jeans, cigars. Nope: cologne, deodorant, sweaters, khakis, suits, slacks, dress shirts, polo shirts, tennis shoes, loafers. When: 8 p.m.-midnight. Where: 135 Harrison St., between 9th and 11th. POWERHOUSE. Guys wearing boots and blue jeans get cheap drinks on Macho Night.
