Elizabeth won't be the only queen at the Derby

Millinery mayhem descends on Louisville today for the annual Kentucky Derby. As a former resident, trust me: The Run for the Roses is a week-long excuse for the city's very friendly gay boys (hi, Craig!) to drink, schmooze and wear crazy hats. Of course, that's when they're not rubbernecking at the C-list celebs (who knew Raquel Welch was even alive?) who wash over the Barnstable Brown party hosted by two very aged former Doublemint Twins models. What: 133rd Kentucky Derby. Who: Queen Elizabeth II and her no-good philandering husband are the marquee guests. When: race starts at 3:04 p.m./NBC; TV coverage begins at 1:30 p.m. [Photo: Courier-Journal]
